Redstone Furniture – Return Policy

RETURNS
We strive to do everything right the first time and hope that you love your purchase. If you don't love your purchase, you can get in touch with Customer Service by calling 256-441-3827. You can also send an email to: redstonefurniturehsv@gmail.com. Please note that you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Once your product has been received and inspected we will issue a refund.
No returns will be allowed on any purchase over 180 days old. However, we will be happy to do
everything we can to help to facilitate the repair of this merchandise.
Also note that we will not pick up any items that we did not deliver; if you picked up your
purchase from a Redstone Furniture dock you are responsible for transporting it back to
Redstone Furniture.

EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item, contact Customer Service at 256-325-1560 or send an email to:
redstonefurniturehsv@gmail.com. Please note that you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. If your item is
damaged when you receive it, you will not be charged a restocking fee.

Why a 20% restocking fee?

Our motto is "Do it right the first time". We are able to have the lowest prices on quality furniture because
we strive to do it right the first time and prevent returns and exchanges. We want you to be happy with your selection and have all of the information you need to make an educated buying decision.
Returns or exchanges significantly increase the cost of doing business. When customers want to return or
exchange an item that is not defective, we are incurring additional costs as a business. Most businesses help recover these additional costs with a restocking fee. These added costs include receiving and inspecting the returned product for defects or damage, as well as the risk of taking back a product without any guarantee of future sales; once it has been returned, the product cannot be sold as new.
If a product has been delivered and is being returned there are even more costs associated with the return
or exchange. It takes two delivery drivers and a truck to pick up the furniture. It is then handled multiple
times by multiple employees while the return or exchange is processed.
